Sponsor EFT File Update

The TPA was notified of twenty-eight bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. We received fifteen new additions that were also added to the file. These changes/additions were made and a new file was distributed today, January 23, 2015. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these twenty-eight records that resulted in a bank account information change, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 01/23/2015.
